The Ultimate Pimento Cheese Nachos

Ingredients:
16 ounces of Pimento Chz Club’s Original Pimento Cheese or Green Chile Cilantro Cheese
Tortilla chips
1 can of refried beans
1 large onion, chopped
1lb of ground meat
Optional Toppings:
Salsa
Avocado
Green Onions
Cilantro leaves
Sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
In a large, oiled skillet cook onion until soft, then add ground beef and cook through. Drain fat.
Heat pimento cheese in a nonstick skillet over a low heat until melted. Stir frequently to avoid burning or separation,
Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet, with the chips slightly overlapping.
Pour the melted pimento cheese over the chips evenly. Add cooked meat and refried beans on top of the cheesy chips.
Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble,
Remove from the oven, add your remaining toppings and dig in!
