Pimento Chz Club Jalapeño Poppers with Bacon
They’re better than your average popper
Looking to heat up your appetizers? Try your hand at making these delicious jalapeño poppers - filled with our Original Pimento Cheese and bacon, you won’t be able to stop at just one! Each bite is a perfect mix of creamy and crispy and makes for the perfect appetizer or snack.
These poppers have become a key staple at all my parties. Not only are they a fan favorite, but they’re incredibly easy to make. You can even prepare these ahead of time - just store the peppers covered in a fridge and add about 3-5 minutes of bake time.
Ingredients:
12 large jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
Six slices of bacon, fried and crumbled, or sub with bacon bits
8 ounces of Pimento Chz Club’s Original Pimento Cheese
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Halve and seed the jalapeño peppers (leave the seeds if you love the burn!).
Fill each half with a heaping tablespoon of pimento cheese.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until nice and melty.
Top with crumbled bacon or bacon bits and serve warm.
